New Course! - 'Use Case for Business Requirements'.

This course emphasises the need to value difference when leading teams to achieve common objectives.  This workshop encompasses team theory and provides time for practise, however workshops can be developed to meet your specific needs from new teams to team conflict, ranging in duration from one to five days, in-house or residential formats.0

Team leaders or whole teams who are interested in team outcomes and productivity.  

COURSE AIMS

To produce team leaders and team members who contribute to the productivity of the team, through the use of superior communication skills and a solid understanding of team dynamics.  

LEARNING OUTCOMES

  1. Develop a strategy to encourage team commitment and co-operation.

  2. Develop a performance monitoring plan for team activities.

  3. Identify the benefits of participating in team problem solving exercises.

  4. Demonstrate an understanding of work roles.

  5. Demonstrate an understanding of team roles.

  6. Develop plans for capitalising on the diversity of team membership.  

WHAT LEARNING METHODS ARE USED TO ACHIEVE THE OUTCOMES?

All exercises and learning techniques used during this workshop have been chosen with the adult learner in mind.  Exercises are problem centred and discussion and syndicate work is used as a vehicle for participants to reflect on their own experiences.
