Change is an inevitable part of our lives.
The rate of change is accelerating, with little sign of a
reprieve for the future. The
way we react to change will ultimately determine how well we
identify the opportunities that change offers us. This course will help you understand the way you feel about
change and provide you with a basic planning tool for progressing
through. WHO WILL BENEFIT FROM THIS COURSE?Anyone who would like to improve their change response
and benefit from the opportunities that change often presents.
COURSE AIMSTo increase the
effectiveness of participants when dealing with change situations
by helping them to recognise their levels of personal power and
acting accordingly. LEARNING OUTCOMES1. Develop
an understanding of the emotional cycle of change. WHAT LEARNING METHODS ARE USED TO ACHIEVE THE OUTCOMES?All exercises
and learning techniques used during this workshop have been chosen
with the adult learner in mind.
Exercises are problem centred and discussion and syndicate
work is used as a vehicle for participants to reflect on their own
