EFFECTIVE STAFF MANAGEMENT THROUGH IMPROVED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Increasing pressure to perform effectively in leadership has necessitated the building of successful relationships in teams and with co-workers. This intensive and interesting 2-day workshop focuses delegates on proven techniques. This course rates 12 PCP accreditation points with the Australian Computer Society.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

To increase the delegate's understanding of people and the problems of interpersonal communication, and to provide some techniques for improving relationships.

Practical Involvement:
