OVERVIEW

This 2-day workshop will introduce users to the many powerful features of Microsoft Project.  Delegates will learn how to monitor costs, resources and schedules for single projects to more complex and advanced techniques for multiple and sub-projects.  This course is presented by an experienced Project Manager to train Project Managers on a project tool.  He is also a Microsoft accredited Project for Windows trainer.
