New Course! - 'Use Case for Business Requirements'.

Every day, we are involved in negotiations.  We negotiate with our partners over what to have for dinner or which movie to see.  We negotiate lights out with our children along with a plethora of other issues.  We negotiate with our clients over issues of supply and demand and with our colleagues over issues of resources and divisions of labour.  Negotiation is a basic means of getting what you want from others.  Productive negotiation is back and forth communication designed to reach an agreement which is mutually satisfying for all groups concerned.  This workshop teaches you principled negotiating skills.
