We negotiate with our partners over what to have for
dinner or which movie to see.
We negotiate lights out with our children along with a
plethora of other issues.
We negotiate with our clients over issues of supply and
demand and with our colleagues over issues of resources and
divisions of labour. Negotiation
is a basic means of getting what you want from others.
Productive negotiation is back and forth communication
designed to reach an agreement which is mutually satisfying
for all groups concerned.
This workshop teaches you principled negotiating
skills.
